Order, Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, seasonal volume, or unexpected delays.
TRENDPRINTEE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to track their packages using the tracking number provided and contact the carrier directly in case of issues.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Items returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
