At HOANG NGAN DESIGN COMPANY LIMITED, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for defective items under the following conditions. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be in a new, unused, and unwashed condition, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Acceptance: We only accept returns for defective products (e.g., manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damaged items). Returns for used, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • Note: Please inspect your order upon receipt to identify any defects or issues promptly.

2. Exchanges and Refunds

We only accept exchanges and refunds for defective products. Defective products include items with manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, material flaws) or issues outlined below. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

  • You may return a defective product to exchange it for an item of equal value or request a refund.
  • If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.
  • All return and exchange shipping costs due to a defective product are covered by HOANG NGAN DESIGN COMPANY LIMITED.
  • Customized products (e.g., with names, logos, or added/removed design elements) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect printing or production errors, not customer input errors) or damage during transit. Qualifying errors include:
    • The product received does not match the personalized details you submitted (e.g., wrong name, color, or design due to our mistake).
    • The item does not match the size chart provided on the product page. Please ensure you carefully check the size chart for our brand’s products on each listing before ordering. We are not responsible if you use a size chart from another supplier.
    • The product was damaged, torn, or soiled during shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved and issued to your original payment method.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Provide Proof: Include clear photos showing the issue (e.g., wrong name, size discrepancy with a measuring tape placed across key dimensions as per our size chart, or visible damage from shipping).

  • Follow Instructions: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Our team will verify the issue, provide the return address, and guide you through the process. Please retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our fulfillment center, we will inspect it within 48 hours.
  • Exchange or Refund: Once your return meets our conditions, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
