At TRENDPRINTEE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Note: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

2. Exchanges and Refunds

For Non-Personalized Products

  • You may return or exchange any non-customized product for a refund or an item of equal value.
  • If the new item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the price difference.
  • All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For Personalized Products

  • Customized products (e.g., with names, logos, added/removed design elements) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the issue is due to our error.
  • Errors that qualify for a return or replacement include:
    • The product received does not match the personalized details you submitted.
    • The item does not match the size chart provided on the product page.

If you receive an incorrect personalized item:

  • Please send us a photo clearly showing the issue (e.g., wrong name, size discrepancy).
  • For sizing errors, lay the item flat and place a measuring tape across the key dimensions as per the size chart.
  • Our team will verify the error and arrange a refund or replacement accordingly.

3. How to Return a Product

  2. Follow Instructions – We'll provide the return address and guide you through the steps.
  3. Inspection – Once your return arrives, our fulfillment center will inspect the item (usually within 72 hours).
  4. Refund – If the return meets our conditions, your refund will be processed promptly. Timing for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
